Hi! Having been through some struggles of my own, I have been committed to helping people dealing with addictions (including behavioural addictions/compulsions), self-harm, trauma and abuse, ADHD and difficulty managing emotions. Many people feel too ashamed to talk about some of these issues openly, but you will find no judgment if you chat with me. My approach is to listen and learn from you about what you are going through, not to make assumptions about what you "should do". You are the expert on yourself, and I look forward to hearing the solutions you come up with for what is stressing you today.
