I want to become an active listener because I believe nobody should have to feel unheard when they are going through a difficult time. My interest in psychology and neuroscience has deepened my desire to understand human emotions and the struggles people face. I want to offer people a space where they can speak freely without fear of judgment or dismissal. I may not always have the answers, but I am willing to listen with patience, empathy, and an open mind. I hope to make a meaningful difference by helping people feel heard, respected, and a little less alone.
