Welcome,
I know the first steps are always daunting but i can promise you its worth it. If talking to someone can ease just even 1% what going on in your life or mind what are you afraid of?
I am mama to a 3 year old with huge life experience with anxiety and trauma etc. I have been through some dark places myself and if i can help in any way i sure will. I may not know all the answers but i am all ears.
