Bio
My passion for counseling and human services comes from a genuine interest in people—their stories, relationships, challenges, resilience, and the experiences that shape who they become. As a Human Services student with a concentration in Counseling and Human Services, I have developed an even greater appreciation for the importance of empathy, active listening, and meeting people where they are.
My academic studies, professional experiences, and life experiences have taught me that people don’t always need someone to immediately solve their problems. Sometimes they need a safe, nonjudgmental space to process what they’re feeling, feel heard, and find their own way forward.
I believe compassion and accountability can exist together, and that every person’s experience deserves to be approached with curiosity rather than judgment. My goal as a listener is to provide a supportive space where you can speak openly, reflect, and feel genuinely heard.
I’m especially passionate about supporting conversations surrounding relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, personal growth, self-esteem, stress, and navigating difficult emotions.
Most importantly, I’m here to listen.
