Hello! I'm Guinan, a listener here on 7 Cups. I'd be pleased to chat with you. As a pangender, pansexual Buddhist, I believe in peace, fairness, equality, kindness and love. LGBTQ+, gender, sexuality, mental health, religion, bereavement, thanatology and disability are some specialist topics that I'm particularly well-placed to discuss; but you can talk to me about anything.

If I step out of line, tell me. Say it how it is. Almost nothing offends me; and I am willing to take chats on controversial and distressing topics, as in fact these are very important and common aspects of life that need to be dealt with. Note that, however, should I feel that your issue is something better dealt with by a professional, I may suggest referral to someone better qualified to help you, such as signposting you to crisis resources.
