...See more Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself as a recovery eating disorder listener 🙂 I first had anorexia when I went through a traumatic issue in my teens, and ended up down to 7stone, lost my periods, couldn’t even hold some bodily functions (not the sexy side of the conversation but we have to know all the side effects to get healthy again!). It took me a long time to find a healthy relationship with food again, but I believe I have struck the balance now, and am now stronger than I have ever been, and dare say probably with my best body of all time. So I just wanted to reach out and say that taking this first step of trying to get help is the first step to recovery. So I’m super proud of all of you for making that step.
