Hi there
I have lived with PTSD and Bipolar for many years. I also have experience of drug and alcohol misuse and self harm from the years of trying to block out the pain. Mostly due to my childhood experiences. My step father was part of a paedophile ring and you can guess the rest.
I suffered anxiety and panic attacks and have made attempts on my life. Right now I am in a meeting ch better place. I am married with four children and enjoying life. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.
I am a committed Christian but I will not discuss this unless asked.
