...See more Trigger warning: sexual abuse, substance abuse, physical abuse Ok...well so basically this past weekend...and I don't remember much honestly. I have been struggling (and today my counselor said the main trigger was my mom saying I wasn't family and she didn't care about me) - basically my brain decided I needed to hurt myself. So I was drinking a lot alone, harmed myself and then the one night I was nearly wasted. I couldn't walk strait or see or hardly talk. Ended up invited some random guy over to my house and things happened. I said I was asking for it, my therapist said I wasn't and that he took advantage of my state of mind and that I was under the influence. I don't know what to think. She said I was raped. I hardly remember anything at all. It just wasn't good. All I know is the next day I woke up hurt all over and sick. Bleeding, bruised…I was a mess.  Also I am safe now, I just am trying to process all of this.
