...See more I work two jobs, so some of my days turn out to be 17 hour work days and I get about 3 hours of sleep before having to get back up and go to work again. Because of this I am extremely tired all the time. On the days when I'm that tired I can feel my depression getting stronger which in turn makes me even more fatigued. I drink coffee every morning but some days caffeine isn't strong enough to properly wake me up and make me feel ready to take on the day. What are your tools you use to help wake you up and feel more energized?

...See more Hi everyone, my name is Hannah. I've been suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and possibly BPD for years. It's been pretty severe the past few months which is why I decided to reach out on here. Having a therapist in person isn't really an option right now and I have really been needing some extra support. I just can't do it by myself anymore. Im still getting used to 7cups, so if anyone has any advice on how to get the most out of it I'd really appreciate it. I am also thinking about using the therapy option on here and I'd just like to know if anyone else had used it and if it's been helpful and worthwhile. I hope everyone can find a little sunshine in their day today.
