I’m a social science graduate- BSc (hons)public health & community studies.  I have over 7 years experience in health, wellbeing, health and social-care, mental health and support working for vulnerable individuals ( teens + adults). I've had personal experiences and supported many others in recovery and peer-support. This allows me to relate and listen effectively with a caring and compassionate approach.
