I am an empathetic, people person. I grew up the spoiled son to parents who lost their 1st son when he was only 9. I was over-loved, if anything. They divorced when I was just 8. I was a Boy Scout and it truly saved me at that volatile time. I went on to enlist in the USMC, attended the U.S. Naval Academy, and retired as a Surface Warfare Officer. I completed my post-graduate education and continue to serve our Navy as an civilian Engineer. I am a proud father of two amazing children, one adult and the other finishing High School. My wife and I just decided to end our 20+ year marriage after trying as hard as any to overcome our compatibility challenges and now we each have another chance to grow and find how to be our best selves and make our own happiness.
