I have been married to my high school sweet heart for 28 years. We have two children who are now 24 and 21. I enjoy being outdoors, traveling and photography.

...See more My husband is going through depression, which means I am too. It is the hardest thing I have ever gone through with him and we have been together for 35 years (since we were 14). He went away this past week to spend some time alone and he is returning tomorrow. I am so excited to have him coming back home, but I am so anxious that he is going to be so sad still and that he may have enjoyed his time away from me more than miss me. I'm seeing a therapist to help me help myself so I can help him. She is trying to get me to work on myself and I have always bashed myself, as my husband says I am my worst enemy. I just feel my purpose in life is to make others happy, it makes me happy. SO I am in for a huge journey to love myself. I don't even know what that really means??? It's very scary...

...See more I signed up to go to a weekend womens camp to give my depressed husband some space. He agreed that we would keep in touch though. I have not heard from him for over 3 hours and my son says he is not home. He know I worry and get myself into a panic. So now I cant enjoy my evening wondering what hes doing and why he didnt check to make sure I arrived safely.
