I am a 27 year old woman who has dealt with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, autism, and agoraphobia firsthand my entire life. I understand how our childhood traumas shape us into adults who are struggling to survive. I am a wife and a mother, taking life one day at a time.
I want to take my learned experiences, the things I have learned through two decades of therapy, and help bring comfort and peace to others like me. I want to bear witness to those who believe they are broken, and support them until they know they are not.
Aspiring therapist, not yet started school. Strong champion of IFS (internal family systems) therapeutic model, as well as somatic experiencing therapy.
