...See more ok, so I've been away from here for quiet some time now . It wasn't because i apparently felt better or worse, it just randomly happened. But i would like to share something which changed my way of looking at things. Well, while i was here, i made a frnd, i call him levi. A very nice dude, a very real guy. i connected with him in so many ways, it was like looking into my past self but he's mature and calm. So, he used to do this thing which first felt good but i later realized it did magic.  so, whenever i coped with something in a better way or faced something, he would entitle me as a soldier and give me stars. I know, pretty childish y'all might think. But I felt happy whenever he did that. When i was away from here, i started doing this to myself, every time i did something even just 1% better than the yesterday me would have did it, i give myself stars. i pat on my shoulder, call myself a soldier. And suddenly i would feel that i could keep going and do things much better. I cant comprehend how much this have helped me, i breakdown a little less , i manage my emotions a little better. All these changes are at a minor scale, but god, it helps. I want y'all to just try doing this. i dont know the psychology behind how this helps or what part of your inner child this heals. But it helps, it brings you a little bit closer to yourself. and that itself is an achievement worth everything.  Thankyou @soulwithgoals 💖.
