...See more A while ago, I had clicked something on tumblr, (that now, looking back, I see as something that was unhelpful and triggering for myself at the time) and tumblr came up with a link asking if I needed help. Seven cups of tea came up, and after a while, I eventually gave in, and looked at the site. It helped me tremendously, and now that I have conquered my fears, stood up to depression and anxiety, I am happier than ever. The least I could do was give back my time, to listen and provide empathy for someone in need.
