Hi, I'm so happy you are here! I am a trained active listener here at 7 cups of Tea and it's my life's work to support those who are affected by behavioral health challenges such as alcohol and drug abuse, or anxiety, depression, family stress, managing emotions, panic attacks, parenting, self harm, and traumatic experiences. I have my own stories to tell about these issues and have overcome a lot. What I know is that other people helped me and now it's an honor and privilege for me to reach out and help others.
