Harvey is the best listener ever! This is from somebody who has struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, depression (including suicidal thoughts and self-harm issues) and depersonalisation/derealisation. Harvey has supported me through some of the hardest times I have experienced in the past few months. I know that I can message him at any time and he will reply as soon as he can. The perfect mix between supporting and giving huggles and giving the necessary information to help. I have been in several dark places and Harvey has always been the positive light to guide me out of a deep hole. He is very empathetic but also professional with his work. A quick response time and a good understanding of what you are going through. I would definitely recommend Harvey to anyone going through a rough time. Thank you so much!
