I'm good at listening so that should be a good start! I love connecting with people and getting an understanding of other lives and how people see the world from their perspective. I know how it feels to be in a low place. I want to make people happy and give people a reason to carry on. I'm great at giving sympathy and helping others:) I want to change people's views on mental health and the stigma around mental illness. Whatever the reason that brings you here, big or small, is always valid and worth listening to.
