...See more I am 24, and although I have been a responsible kid, I have never dealt with real life issues like I am dealing now. I am on a path to recovery from a long spell of depression, I moved in with them a few months ago as I want to make the most of the time we have, together. Now they have bought a new house, which now is turning into a source of tension for the whole household. The house is way over our budget, but that will be manageable later, the thing is that we do not have much money left for renovating the home. I took a loan secretly to help my father out, I haven't told them as it would add extra pressure on them. Also there are other legal issues that we are facing through no fault of ours, in the process of buying the house. Although one would think that since we have done nothing wrong things should favour us, but the constant fight and what if's are nerve wrecking. I am dealing with all this first hand, trying to protect my family from the tension, but suddenly I just feel very very sad. Earlier i was able to do this stuff and also kept my parents and my kid sister engaged in the process of coming up with designs and choosing the furnishings etc. but now the tension is really getting to me. I need to be happy to keep them happy, but I am losing it, I am worried all the time. Can't sleep nor can i eat properly. Just a few more months of struggle and if all goes well we will move in to our new house.
