Bio

Hi, i'm IB! I’m a graduate in Applied Psychology and currently pursuing my postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology. For the past six years, I’ve been immersed in the field of psychology and mental health, gaining hands-on experience and deepening my understanding of various psychological concepts. My research has focused on resilience, specifically exploring differences in resilience between heterosexual and homosexual individuals. I am a graduate member of both the British Psychological Society and the American Psychological Association, and I’ve been granted the Graduate Basis of Chartered Membership with the BPS.

As an avid advocate for the LGBT community, I am open to discussing various aspects of LGBT identity, sexual health, and relationships. I believe in creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves, and I’m passionate about supporting those navigating their unique journeys.

Throughout my academic career, I’ve had the opportunity to gain exposure to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, and intellectual disabilities. I have also been involved in understanding the challenges faced by individuals dealing with substance abuse and addiction issues. Additionally, I served as a student mentor during my undergraduate years, offering guidance and support to my peers.

I am dedicated to providing empathy, understanding, and a safe space for anyone who needs it. Whether you're seeking help with personal challenges or just need someone to listen, I am here to offer support in a compassionate and professional manner.

Looking forward to hearing from you and having a meaningful conversation!
