Speaking with HeartfulPerspective was a very positive experience. As a first timer to doing anything like this, I wasn't sure what I was looking for in terms of some sort of support or listening. What started out as empathic listening resulted in a good conversation which made me think about one or two things in a new light based on her insightful comments. I came out of the conversation feeling more positive about my situation, and grateful in the knowledge that people like her are willing to give up their time to chat. Thank-you HeartfulPerspective.
