Hello! I want to help as much as I can. I would like to help people struggling with depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, evasion, weight problems. Life has been hard on me and I have learned that I can overcome obstacles. The first and most difficult one was the first: accepting that I needed help. I’m glad I took that step and got a helping non-judgemental hand in that moment. I want to give that help back wherever needed.

Hola! quiero ayudar todo lo que pueda. Me gustaría apoyar a quienes están luchando contra la depresión, la baja autoestima, ansiedad, ira, evasión, problemas de sobrepeso. He tenido una vida dura, pero he aprendido que puedo superar los obstáculos. El primero y más difícil fue el de aceptar que necesitaba ayuda. Me alegro de haber dado ese paso, porque conseguí una mano que me ayudó sin juzgarme. Quiero devolver esa ayuda a quien lo necesite.
