In the last 9 years I've had 2,500+ chats.
We don't have to figure things out for ourselves. We don't have to figure out our mental health on our own.
If you know your diagnosis, I can't recommend enough the power of researching about your diagnosis and what therapists recommend. Books, magazines, websites, podcasts, etc.
Those resources can teach you techniques to live better with your diagnosis. Truly.
Works even better if we never stop researching. Like going to the gym to tone your mind muscles.
And seeing a talk therapist or two or ten will help too. They are not all the same. Nor are they all a good fit. Like trying on a new pair of pants.
Millions of suffering people have gotten remarkably better by asking for help. And listening to the answers.
