I’m an easy going divorced father of three. I’ve been struggling terribly in life for the past 12 years. I’m diagnosed with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. I’ve lost my way in life, I’m overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, and I can’t stand the loneliness anymore. I need to learn how to live again, and regain control of my life.

...See more Hello everyone, I just can’t get a handle on things. And with multiple court dates coming up involving bankruptcy, lawsuits, home closing, I can’t afford to be hospitalized, even though I’ve probably needed to be for a long time now. Oops, scratch that, my health insurance ended. Anyway, how am I supposed to handle all of this when time doesn’t allow me to take small steps, or do one small task at a time? I’m sorry, just need to vent a little 😩🙏🙏

...See more I’m getting desperate! Everything is getting worse and more complicated. I’ve been under way too much stress, for way too long. The anxiety has become unmanageable! If I don’t somehow get outside help, I’m not gonna make it. My nervous system is exhausted, and I’m just spinning my wheels. It’s So Sad! Unless you Say That you’re going to hurt yourself, or have plans of hurting yourself, You’re on your own, Nobody’s Coming To Help, EVER!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️ 😪 I have a few older family members that I can call for help, but they want to know an exact time, how long it will take, and exactly what I want them to do when they get here 🤦🏻‍♂️ All that does is stresses me out more! I need problem solvers and multiple plans of attack! And on top of everything else, I’ve got no kitchen sink, no washing machine, no utility sink, one of the main drain lines are clogged! Hopefully some of the recognize my profile/story I’m not even sure where I’m posting this. 🤦🏻‍♂️🙏 Help!!!

...See more Hello everyone, I’m new here. I’m posting this thread because I feel like I’m going crazy! I live alone in a large house on 2-1/2 acres, in the woods. I have four vehicles that don’t run. I’m going through bankruptcy and living on snap benefits. I have less than two months to find a place to live, and pack up, transport, and store my belongings, as well as sell three of the four cars. Being this overwhelmed, stressed out, and lonely combined, has put me in a constant state of panic!!! I’m not a tech savvy guy, and I’ve got multiple attorneys and a realtor wanting a ton of information from me, in ways that I can’t provide. My WiFi and cable were shut off months ago, and I’m struggling to keep my cellular service. I’m doing my best to scan, PDF, file, and use a digital signature. I’m literally having to have Gemini Ai teach me how to do this stuff as I go! This past Wednesday morning I received some Emergency alerted emails that completely threw me over the edge. I’ve been completely paralyzed ever since. I can’t answer the phone, I can’t look at emails, I can barely force myself to cook, and I lye in bed with my eyes closed, but can’t fall asleep. It’s currently Sunday evening, and the anxiety of being bombarded by these people is building. The worst part of my anxiety is, it feels like a a large magnet is trying to pull my face off!!! So, there’s all that going on but, I feel like the loneliness aspect is in the Danger Zone!!! I have some credit left on my Uber account. I think I’m gonna Uber to the sports bar down the road from me. I haven’t walked into a bar in years, and I might end up being too anxious and intimidated to speak to anyone, but I just Have To Get Out Of Here! The only place I’ve been to in the past two months, is the grocery store 🥺 I’m desperate for human interaction! Does anyone have any advice on what to do about this situation???🙏🙏🙏
