I'm a 16 year old teenage girl who has been dealing with depression, anxiety, self harm and an eating disorder for the past 5 years now. I have been to multiple counselling sessions that took place in school, at home and even the hospital. I learnt that none of these really helped me, and that talking to other people who are in similar situations and finding my own way works better than being told what I feel. I'm here to support anyone who feels like this and anyone who has suffered through these painful illnesses :)
