First of all welcome and well done for taking a step to care for yourself by coming here. I'm here to listen and hopefully help. I think I give good advice and have just gone through some relationship struggles and finding the spark for life again, so despite getting over a break up I feel really inspired, energised and grateful and want to spread this to as many people as possible!
