...See more In the first weeks, I thought sh was an escape for myself. After time, it made addictions and it started to be a part of me. Well, now, I am doing my best to not do sh!  Here are what I do to stay clean for a while; 1) i consecrate on my hobbies, or find new hobbies like drawing, playing instruments, crafting and more 2) i give myself prizes for each day without SH, you can also do it for each hour (: 3) i try to talk with people about it, confess my feelings and get help and motivation 4) i try to consecrate on how valuable I am and how we deserve a better life 5) i try to be optimistic and try to ignore the negative 6) i try to avoid looking/using things that can be used for SH hope this helps for all of us!
