What do I do here on 7 cups: 

 

•Active listening - I provide support to all you fantastic members and guests on here. ☺️ this can be a one off chat or regular, long term support 

 

• Verified Listener Team - if any of you fantastic active listeners out there want to become verified, I can put you through the mock chat! Give me a message if this is something you're interested in! 😊

 

• Peer Support - if any lovely listeners have a triggering or uncomfortable chat and feel upset or frustrated after, you are welcome to come to me for some support <3 PM me if you require this

 

• Group Mod - I keep the chatrooms a safe, supportive and positive environment through modding and leading the discussion :)

 

About me: 

My name is Hollie, I'm 21. I'm a verified listener here on 7 cups. I've suffered from depression and anxiety for 8 years and became a listener to help others like me! I'm also a student nurse (general) and my regular caseload involves patients suffering from mental health issues or low mental wellness. 

I am here to provide a listening ear for you and empathise. I also regularly provide educational links and self care guides to fit the situation of each individual. 😊
