Hollow89 was a great listener and he really helped me collect my thoughts, so I could figure out a plan of action on my own. I felt much better in the middle of our conversation, but his listening without judgment made me feel comfortable continuing until I sorted things out. He's a very gentle and patient listener. I highly recommend.
Having also dealt with depression, he was able to quickly understand where I am in my process. Hearing about his experience gave me some hope that maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
