Bio
I have been a registered nurse for the last 20 years. The majority of my career has been spent working with individuals affected by mental illness. I currently work as a nurse educator training students to earn their BSN. Teaching students about mental health/ illness and helping them grow as practitioners brings me the same joy that working as a mental health nurse does. I don't tend to have much free time these days, but when I do, I love to garden, swim, or watch a good movie with my son and husband.
