...See more I was addicted to coffee for many years from age 12 to 25. I am now breaking free and only drink coffee 3 to 4 times a week. I am finding freedom, in other area of my life as well and am finally getting free from OCD type thoughts and behaviors. This freedom is through Jesus. He is showing me how I can continue to be free through prayer and crying out to him. I tried many other things. But it lead me to obsession. What helps me is to focus in my goals and thus I am making progress finally in my life. It's coming to a point where its still a battle but I'm seeing headway finally in all areas. I am so grateful.
