...See more I've wanted to share this for a while.. So... This is my 10th relapse in a space of 2-3years... I tend to get overwhelmed a lot and the only thing that comes to mind is every form of self harm (Alcohol abuse, smoking, cutting, biting etc) I have tried numerous things to try and stop relapses but a lot of it stems from past experiences and a severley low mood... It feels as if it's the only thing I can do to relieve myself as if it's an escape... I have tried to take it up with my parents they just give me the classic speech of 'It will be okay', 'You will be fine' etc. all that usual bs. When in reality, I feel like they don't really care and it does not help one bit... This post has been on my mind for a while so here we are. I am here to help as best I can or if you need someone to talk too.
