Hi. I'm just a mild-mannered 7 cups member, currently struggling with anxiety, depression, autism, and IBS. Despite all this, I try to stay positive by leaning on God, and getting support from the communities here on this site. I also draw and read for hobbies, as well as socializing online; that all helps, too. I hope that one day, when I'm in a better place, I can be a listener here and give other people the help I was given when I needed it most.
