Hi there! Thanks for visiting my profile :) I am Pal. My introduction here is a work in progress (will update this space soon).

12 January 2023 (update): I am not very active on 7 cups at present, but I intend to be more involved this year, hopefully.

I joined 7cups over a year ago, and this is my first post everrr, it feels like a mix of good/exciting/scary! 01/06/2023 Have always admired the community here, and it's beatiful to witness the love and support pouring in from everywhere ❤️ I have mostly attended to just 1-1 chats here, and would love to explore the different communities, support groups, sharing circles etc. ; i have no idea how all this works but this is me trying it out through this post.
