I've been through a lot, and I'm not a therapist just someone who understands what it's like to need a safe space and knows what it's like to carry things quietly. Life gets heavy, and sometimes we just need someone to sit with us in it.If you're struggling, I'm here to listen. And if you're open to it, I might share a little too.
