If this feels familiar, remember: * Your need for clarity is valid * Consistency is a form of emotional safety * You are not “too much” for wanting reassurance Gentle reminders for yourself: * You deserve communication that doesn’t confuse you * Mixed signals are information — not a challenge to prove your worth * It’s okay to pause, step back, and protect your peace If someone’s presence creates more anxiety than calm, listen to that feeling.
