...See more Feel free to share your stories!! 📖 Maybe, just maybe… it’ll help someone traverse the long road ahead! 😊🤍 To the one hurting now, or the one hurt in the past - I send you the biggest hug!! 🧸🌠 My story: I am not too new to 7Cups. I used to be a listener on here in my teens. The website looked quite different back then and was very basic.  Recently I left a toxic relationship that didn’t serve me nor my partner. I felt quite alone and isolated having walked away from a person I thought was my forever. Though by believing so I had paid the price. I no longer was close to my family. I had lost friends along the way. My self-confidence and who I am as a person were all distant memories I was so desperate to get back to. This is when I thought I would create a profile again and reconnect to some of my past. A past of human connections, of love and support. I have been ever grateful to the listeners I have connected with! In one of my past relationships I healed by being at the gym 3 hours a day and on call with my best friend 24/7. In another I did not heal.  In this one I am learning to heal again. I often go by the sea as it calms me. The crashing of the waves, the smell, the wide skies - they comfort me. I go on long walks with music in my ears. After my legs ache - all the loud thoughts have become calmer.  I’m learning that each time our healing is different.  Each time it takes the passage of time but each and every time how the time is passed is different.
