Status (27/8/2019): Not deactivating, but I won't be consistently active, if active at all. I've stepped down from all my roles - something I should've done a long time ago. If you want to know why, check this out. Much love!

One of the first things I ever loved was books, I think. It's something that's remained constant about me throughout the years. My favourite author at the moment's Marie Lu, and here's a quote of hers: Every locked door has a key. Every problem has a solution.

Stories just attract me, I suppose. In much the same way, people do as well. It fascinates me that everyone's so unique, that each possesses a story that's unlike any other. And thus I'm always willing to hear your story, no matter what it is! When I read, I get so caught up in the story that my thoughts and feelings are secondary to what the character's thinking and feeling. I believe - and hope! - that I listen in that way too.

Regardless of your story, you're not a waste of my time, I promise. If you're struggling, I'm really sorry, and I hope that I'll be able to support you. If you've got something you'd like to rant about, then you may think of our chat as a safe space for you, and vent all you'd like. And though these are not the only emotions, I hope my point manages to get across - that no matter who you are or how you're feeling, I'll do my best to be here for you, because you're worth it. 

Some things I've dealt with include anxiety, bullying, depression, eating disorders, stress, forgiveness, loneliness and self-harm. I'm a teenager, girl, sister, student and daughter, not necessarily in that order! That being said I'm willing to listen to you even if you're not going through anything that falls under the topics I've mentioned - but if you'd prefer to find someone else, that's okay too. You can do so here.

Here's a bit about my involvement on-site! I'm awfully serious at times (as you can probably tell from my bio), but I'm always ready and willing to help. 

✽ Peer Supporter, Peer Support Buddy
Listeners, if you've had a hard chat and need some support, feel free to message me! You're doing an amazing job and I'm so glad you've decided to give up some of your time to be a listener; being able and happy to support others is honestly incredible. I'm a global Group Mod who leads support sessions in Teen Support (the team for which I also lead!), Self-Harm Recovery and LGBTQ+ Support! Here are the times for the sessions, held weekly:
- Self-Harm Recovery: 10am ET, Fridays
- LGBTQ+ Support: 10am ET, Saturdays
- Teen Support: 11am ET, Saturdays

It's a little weird to be celebrating my own Cupversary, so I wanted to take this occassion to appreciate the people on here who've got me to where I am today. I'm incredibly grateful for everyone's support and it's honestly just insane to be part of such a welcoming community. Thank you to everyone for all you do - you all inspire me. I'm trying to do this chronologically so I don't miss out anyone, but if I've missed you out, I'm so sorry. Please know I deeply appreciate you! @Mel - Oh my gosh, I honestly just don't know where I'd be without you. Thank you for being literally the best mentor ever - from day one you've been incredibly supportive and encouraging, and it's an honour to be working alongside you now in TOZ. Thank you for always believing in me and for helping me get accustomed to failure and standing back up. @Anomalia - You inspire me so much, honestly. Thank you for being an incredible person, forum ambassador, friend. Thank you for understanding and for being an awesome leader. @Zammn - I feel like I'm never going to let this go, haha. Thank you so much for verifying me - honestly, it was a huge first step for me as a leader and I just felt so accomplished?
