Hello! I'm glad you found me here on 7cups of tea! I'm a trained active listener but I'm really here to help those with anxiety and feelings of darkness in their lives. I am into making art, dancing, all kinds of music, meditation, helping others, putting good energy out into the universe, karma, and spreading the love.
