New here, dealing with a fear/phobia of bugs that is causing anxiety, depression and OCD tendencies.

...See more Hey everyone, Found this app online and thought why not give anything a try at this point. I have had a life long phobia of bugs that I have always avoided admitting was as bad as it really is. A recent bug situation when I moved homes has really heightened how bad my fears are. It is causing anxiety, depression and some OCD tendencies. It is making me feel like I am disconnected from my family and not being the partner and dad I am capable of being. It is also causing noticeable changes to coworkers that I fear is affecting my job. Hoping to find others who have dealt with a severe bug phobia or phobia in general and what things you have done to help work through it.
