A blurb about myself:

Hi, my name is Ingrid. I am a Social Service Work graduate, so I do have experience and education in helping people. 

I am 22, Canadian, and eager to support and listen to anyone who needs/wants it :) Some of my interests include writing, reading, helping others, and going for walks. I am an introvert at heart.

...See more I feel like depression is the most common situation that members/guests will say they are experiencing. This brings me to say, I think it's really important that Listeners learn all they can about depression so that they can help all that they can :) this includes completing the course provided on this site! There are so many people out there that are feeling alone, feeling like they have no one to talk to. The number is far too great, and we can make a difference by educating ourselves :) Those are just my thoughts on it, anyway.
