I'm super friendly and here to listen full out. I have suffered from mental illness in the past. I say suffered because I cope now in healthy ways. So I still suffer but not to an unhealthy extent. I have anxiety but again coping in a healthy way.

...See more I'm trying to find healthy alternatives to gambling. The rush I get is amazing. I'll say it. It's better than sex. And I'm realizing I need healthy outlets to do instead of gamble because I need to just be healthier mentally Does anyone have any ideas?
