...See more Have honestly never met anyone else with bipolar disorder. Kind of curious how you experience psychosis when it happens. I only hallucinate when up for 3 or 4 days. Have a consistent paranoia when I’m mixed or just manic that everyone knows I’m paranoid. I’m very aware that it’s my mind tricking me. Still hard to deal with. Sorry if it’s a little erratic, I’m mixed with some sleep deprived symptoms going. Just curious if anyone has any thoughts.

...See more I have been up in a mixed manic state all night. Trauma therapy kind of triggered me, positive thing is I by chance ran across this community. I’m curious about others with bipolar, I have never in my life had a conversation with someone with my disorder. Sorry about being erratic, mixed and sleep deprived. Any other polar people who I could talk to?
