I’m not a therapist, just someone walking a similar path. I’ve faced my own struggles with depression, anxiety, grief, breakups, and more—so I understand what it feels like to be in the mud. During my healing journey, I would've loved to know I wasn’t alone, and that’s why I’m here now.
