Hi! I'm glad you found me on Seven Cups!
I'm a older lady who has lived a while and experienced a lot. I have an adult son who is mentally disabled and special needs and a spouse who suffers with CPTSD from childhood abuse and severe social anxiety. I am also on the spectrum with my own adult ADD and possibly undiagnosed autism.
While I am not an expert on any of these subjects, I can speak plainly and thoughtfully about my experiences with them and or supporting and advocating for my loved ones and myself.
I am a fashion designer by trade, and I enjoy knitting, crochet and sewing in my spare time.

I tried a couple of other listeners who, quite frankly, just didn't know how to talk to someone who's been abused. One told me to simply "forgive and forget." I'm so glad that I tried one more and found Molly. She was professional, quick to respond, helpful, and kind. Would absolutely recommend.
