Lost Support System

...See more I lost my peer support system today. It's like 7 cups. 4 months ago I joined an online mental health peer support community in a foreign country. I didn't know it was for natives to that country only. People were actually worse off than me so I decided to council and support them. So many people were begging for support which I offered them. As time went on I realized their were no Americans but I didn't think to hard about it because so many people needed mental health support and that took up all my time. Then I told someone I was a American and got suspended from the website within minutes. Now all these people I was helping have little support to keep them going. Because I was banned i feel ashamed and grief stricken because now they will all think I abandoned them all. I will be ok in time but I lost something valuable to me. It hurts.
