Hey I'm Isabel! I believe that everyone deserves empathy and should be heard. While I may not have the solutions to all your problems, I believe that a listening ear to unload on is sometimes what people really need and I want to provide such a service to you. I have had minor depression in the past and have some experience with supporting my friends who have depression, self harm, anxiety and bipolar disorder. Your feelings are valid! Please remember that. Repressing what you feel usually leads to more problems and you'll explode.
