I'm a passionate individual that cares about others. I'm known to be a great listener, can interact and connect with people of all ages. I have taken Mental Health First Aid training and other courses to help individuals. I may not be able to solve your problem but I am here to listen, share some thoughts and resources and making sure you are not alone. I know how hard it can be in this day and age. I didn't have resources like this when I was growing up and I am happy to see this is around now. I'm married and have 3 kids. We're in this together!
