Lost,lonely, depressed,stuck, riddled with anxiety? Been there,done that. Here and still surviving. Mental health warrior since proper diagnosis in 1995. I know the struggle can be real. I'm just that wife,mom,step-mom,grandma,and random lady that could be your average neighbor next door. Outside of 7 cups I love to bullet journal, cook,listen to music, beinge watch Netflix, read, do genealogy and snuggle up to my pugs.
