I have been developing Depression and Anxiety for the past couple years now and I managed it ok for the most part without any therapy but lately I’ve been having some difficulty with it. With my moms expensive depression pills and my braces, we can’t afford to get the help I actually need. Instead she has me taking vitamins every day at every meal to “help” boost my energy. It doesn’t really help with the constant sensory overload I get. I am surrounded by daily stressors and because I live out in the middle of nowhere, I can’t really go anywhere. I talk about my issues with mom but the vitamins where the solution she came up with. She is a stressor within a stressor especially when her short-term-memory-loss goes into effect. Anyway, sorry for the lost post. I needed to get that out there. I honestly don’t know what to expect from this app. I feel I’m like suffering from more than just depression and anxiety but because I can’t afford to get diagnosed, I’m left to my own demise to figure out what the hell is wrong with me. To be honest, the only thing I’ve been “officially” diagnosed with is social anxiety but depression does run in the family and both my mom and brother have it and I know for a fact that I have it.
